જો તમે ઓનલાઇન અરજી કરવા માંગતા નથી, તો તમે offline ઓફલાઇન અરજી કરી શકો છો –

સૌ પ્રથમ, તમારે નજીકની મ્યુનિસિપલ અથવા મ્યુનિસિપલ officeફિસમાં જવું પડશે, ત્યાંથી તમારે અરજી ફોર્મ લેવાનું રહેશે.
