WhatsApp is used by millions in India daily and the platform is giving people more reasons to use the messaging app. The Meta-owned messaging app now lets you download important ID documents like PAN card, Driving Licence and even Class X or XII mark sheets that you might have uploaded to the DigiLocker service.

ઈલેક્ટ્રોનિક્સ અને આઈટી મંત્રાલયે WhatsApp યુઝર્સ માટે એક ખાસ ફીચર લોન્ચ કર્યું છે. હવે તમે તમારા જરૂરી દસ્તાવેજો જેમ કે DL, PAN કાર્ડ અને RC માત્ર એક WhatsApp મેસેજથી ડાઉનલોડ કરી શકો છો. સરકારે DigiLocker સેવાનો ઉપયોગ કરવા માટે WhatsApp પર MyGov હેલ્પડેસ્ક ઉપલબ્ધ કરાવ્યું છે. સરળ શબ્દોમાં કહીએ તો, તમે ફક્ત એક નંબર પર WhatsApp મેસેજ મોકલીને ડિજીલોકર સેવાનો ઉપયોગ કરી શકો છો.

•  CBSE 10મું પાસ પ્રમાણપત્ર
• વાહન નોંધણી પ્રમાણપત્ર (RC)

• 10મા ધોરણની માર્કશીટ
• 12મા ધોરણની માર્કશીટ
• વીમા પૉલિસી દસ્તાવેજો (ડિજિલોકર પર જીવન અને બિન-જીવન ઉપલબ્ધ છે)

ડિજિલોકર શું છે?

જે લોકો નથી જાણતા તેમના માટે કે ડિજિલોકર એક એવી સર્વિસ છે જ્યાં ભારતીય નાગરિકો ગમે ત્યારે ગમે ત્યાં પોતાના ઓરિજિનલ ડોક્યુમેન્ટ્સ એક્સેસ કરી શકે છે. ડિજિલોકરમાં સ્ટોર કરવામાં આવેલા ડોક્યુમેન્ટ ઓરિજિનલ જેટલા જ કાયદેસર છે. ડિજિલોકર વેરિફિકેશન મોડ્યુલ પૂરું પાડવામાં પણ મદદ કરે છે જે સરકારી એજન્સીઓને યુઝર્સની સંમતિ મેળવ્યા પછી સીધા જારીકર્તા પાસેથી ડેટા ચકાસવામાં સક્ષમ કરે છે.

વોટ્સએપ પર નાગરિકો માયગવ હેલ્પડેસ્ક પાનકાર્ડ, ડ્રાઈવિંગ લાઈસન્સ, સીબીએસઈ ધો-12 પાસિંગ સર્ટિફિકેટ, વ્હિકલ રેજિસ્ટ્રેશન સર્ટિફિકેટ, ઈન્સ્યુરન્સ પોલિસી-ટુ વ્હીલર, ધોરણ-10ની માર્કશીટ, ધોરણ-12ની માર્કશીટ અને ઈન્સ્યોરન્સ પોલિસી ડોક્યુમેન્ટ એક્સેસ કરી શકશે.

તમારા દસ્તાવેજો WhatsApp પર આ રીતે ડાઉનલોડ કરો

1. તમારે ફક્ત +91 9013151515 પર હેલો અથવા હાય અથવા ડિજીલોકર મોકલવાનું છે.
2. ત્યારપછી તમને ડિજીલોકર એકાઉન્ટ અથવા સિક્કો સેવા ઍક્સેસ કરવા માટે કહેવામાં આવશે
3. ડિજીલોકર પસંદ કરવા પર તમને પૂછવામાં આવશે કે શું તમારી પાસે એકાઉન્ટ છે.
4. જો તમારું ડિજીલોકર પર પહેલેથી જ એકાઉન્ટ છે તો તમારો આધાર નંબર દાખલ કરો.
5. તમારા રજિસ્ટર્ડ મોબાઇલ નંબર પર એક OTP મોકલવામાં આવશે, તેને દાખલ કરો.
6. હવે તમે અહીંથી પહેલાથી જ અપલોડ કરેલા તમામ દસ્તાવેજો ડાઉનલોડ કરી શકો છો.

Basically, WhatsApp now gets a MyGov chatbot service that will let WhatsApp users retrieve these documents on their phone without heading to the DigiLocker app or website. The chatbot can also help people to create a new DigiLocker account if needed. “Offering Digilocker services on the MyGov Helpdesk is a natural progression and a step towards providing citizens with simplified access to essential services via WhatsApp’s easy and accessible platform, said Abhishek Singh, CEO MyGov service.

According to a Press Information Bureau (PIB) tweet, “Citizens can now access Digilocker papers such as their PAN card, driver's licence, and vehicle registration certificate. Citizens can now access @digilocker_ind services on the @mygovindia Helpdesk on @WhatsApp”

This involves setting up and verifying their Digilocker account, as well as downloading papers such as their PAN card, driver's licence, and vehicle registration certificate over WhatsApp.
