SSC GD constable recruitment notification: Staff Selection Commission is inviting applications for 26146 vacancies for GD constable from the eligible candidates from 24 November 2 31 December check vacancies online application form exam dates salary eligibility selection process exam pattern syllabus fee and other details

SSC GD 2024 Notification is scheduled to be released on 24 November 2023 for the recruitment of around 26146 vacancies. The SSC has also released the Constable GD Exam Date. The SSC GD Constable Exam will be held on 20-29 February and 1-12 March 2024. The central armed police force-wise vacancy details under SSC GD Constable Vacancy 2023 are given below.

SSC GD Constable Recruitment is done for the General Duty Constables in the paramilitary forces of Central Armed Police Forces (CAPF), BSF, CISF, CRPF, ITPB, NIA, SSB, Assam Rifles, and SSF.

SSC GD constable 2024 eligibility

To be eligible for the SSC GD constable 2023 recruitment candidate must meet the following criteria

Age :18-25 years age of first January 2024

Education qualification: 10th or equivalent examination from a recognized board or university

Physical standard: candidate must meet the specified physical standard for height weight chest expansion and running

Nationality: Indian citizen

SSC GD constable exam pattern 2024

The CBT coincist of the objective type paper containing 80 questions carrying 2 Marks each as follow

Generally Intelligence and reasoning 20 questions of 40 marks

General awareness 20 question of 40 marks

Mathematics 20 question for 40 mark

English Hindi 20 questions of 40 marks

Time 1 hour

Negative marking 0.25 marks

SSC GD constable TET PST 2024

The bet consist of the following events

• 5km Race for males to be completed within 24 minutes
• 1.6 km Race for females to be completed within 8 1/2 minutes

Height 

• male :170 CMS
• female: 157 CMS 

Chest for males 

• unexpanded: 80CMS 
• minimum expansion: 5 CMS
